Decrease the number of sites on my license

We regret that this option is not available in your e-commerce system; we can only upgrade the number of sites, not downgrade it.

The solution is as simple as it is inconvenient: You will need to purchase a new license key corresponding to the number of sites you want. We therefore advise you to align your purchase date with your renewal date as closely as possible to avoid double subscriptions.

If you forgot to cancel your old subscription, don't worry, just send us a message and we will cancel it and refund the double subscription fee.
