Anti-Phishing

Anti-Phishing Code

What It Does

Each user can set up a personal code (up to 9 digits) that will be included in every email sent from your website. This code helps users verify that emails are genuinely from your website and not phishing attempts.

Users can choose any code they want - it could be their phone number, postal code, birth date, or any memorable number sequence. When users receive emails from your website, they can check for this code to confirm the email's authenticity.

Why It Matters

Spam and malicious content can harm your website's reputation and user experience.

Protecting against spam helps maintain a clean, professional website environment.

How to Use

Activate this module in the Spam & Phishing section of SecuPress settings.

Once activated, users can set up their personal anti-phishing code in their WordPress profile. Go to Users → Your Profile and you'll find a field to enter your code. This code will then be included in every email sent from your website.

Once activated, the module works automatically and provides protection for your website.

If you encounter any issues after activation, you can temporarily deactivate the module. The module will automatically remove its protection rules when deactivated.
